Bugak is a traditional Korean snack made by thinly slicing fresh vegetables or seaweed ,covering them in sweet rice paste, air-dried to store and deep fried to eat when desired. Traditionally, Bugak has been considered a delicacy, served during tea time of the noblemen, as a special treat for guests and at wedding feasts.
